Range of goods

We offer food and drinks and ask for your understanding if individual items during your event are not available, we reserve the right to exchange for equivalent goods before.

Guarantee the number of participants

In order to carry out all the preparations on time and according to your wishes, we require 5 working days before the event, the exact number, which serves as a basis of calculation. If after notification of the number of reduce the number of guests, the last specified number of persons applies. If more guests to participate as specified in the event, we allow ourselves these recalculate.

The customer is responsible for all necessary permits and regulations.

Settlement of drinks

The drinks that are not included in a package will be charged according to consumption. Opened containers is considered to be consumed.

Terms and Conditions

With order 30% of the order amount will be charged, which must be received at least 14 days prior to the event on our account. The rest of compliance and within 14 days of the invoice date.

Methods of Payment

In default of payment the usual bank interest will be charged and any dunning and collection costs are also borne by the customer.
